  • The project has not yet started.
  • The services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as consultation fees, software already developed and delivered, and other custom services that require extensive resource allocation, are non-refundable.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the service being provided. Your request should include detailed information about why you are seeking a refund, along with any supporting documentation.

5. Refund Approval and Processing
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and determine whether it meets our refund criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if part of the service has been delivered and used. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of services rendered.

Orison Labs reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to the clients.
